Window cleaning is our pride and joy!! And we're passionate about achieving the perfect glass clean.

Zen Clean, and elegant, window cleaning can make a shining difference in your home's appearance and upkeep. We carefully wash your windows by water-fed pole on the outside (attracts 1/10th the dust as by hand), and by hand on the inside, using professional tools to achieve the clearest glass result possible.

PRICING FOR WINDOW CLEANING

The base trip charge for window cleaning starts at $80, which can increase for extended travel times. Prior to your cleaning service, please warn us of any window solar films so that they do not get damaged.

Normal Panes (normal sliding window has two panes of glass separated by a frame so need to be washed separately)

First story: $5/pane on average
Second story: $6.50/pane on average
Third story: $10/pane on average

French Panes

First story: $1.30
Second story: $1.50
Third story: $1.70

Screens

Water wash, you take out: $3.50
Water wash, we take out (need access inside): $5.50
Brush, you take out: $2
Brush, we take out (need access inside): $3.50

Skylight (each pane, exterior)

First pane: $15.00
Additional panes: $9

Some things that can increase the price

Window panes that need scrapping, steel wool, or are just extra dirty (over a year since cleaned).
Oversized windows (can't reach the whole pane without moving counts as more than one pane, or just generally larger than average panels)
If there is paint overspray that we are specifically asked to remove. (We use scratch-resistant blades, especially for glass, and are as careful as possible, but cannot take responsibility if there is any scratching, which would be rare but still possible.)
Windows are difficult to access due to trees, furniture, steep roofs, etc.
If there is construction cleanup (minimum double the price, generally 3 times or more depending on the dirtiness). We don't do construction cleanup, but if you have a few windows like that from a remodel we should be be able to handle that.
Cleaning stickers off of the windows.
